Weekend Wedding
Our ceremony and reception packages include use of ceremony and reception space, full access to over 10 acres of perennial gardens, wooded landscapes, use of the Bridal Suite, Shuttle service for your guests and two indoor restrooms. Each package will include Tent, tables, chairs, and white linens for up to 150 guests.

FAQ
Can we bring our own caterer? You are welcome to arrange your own food vendors. We require that all food vendors carry the appropriate licenses and insurance. We have one staging area for caterers. We can provide a list of preferred vendors upon request.
Do you provide a bartender? We do not provide bar services. Your caterer may offer these services. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. However for these services we do have a preferred vendor list.
What is the capacity? 150 guests
Where do our guests park? max of 15 cars can remain on the property. We offer a shuttle service for your guests. Location of parking will be determined during the consultation
Can we bring our own décor? Yes! Twisted Roots staff will set up your tables, chair and linens the morning of your event. Creativity is encouraged. We offer day of set up, in our weekend package. You will be required to clean up your decorations by Sunday 11am

What time does the event have to end? 11pm. Last call should be around 10:30pm. All guests must be gone by 12:00pm
Who cleans up? All trash and decorations must be out of the tent by 11am Sunday after the event. We will dispose of the trash. Twisted Roots staff will break down tables and chairs.
We can handle all the clean up for a fee of $500.00.
Is Vendor insurance required? Yes. We require each vendor to carry their own insurance.
What is required to book? We will need a signed contract, 25% non-refundable deposit and a credit card on file. The remainder of the fee must be paid in full 30-days before the event date.
We are not able to refund deposits.

We require a $1m event insurance policy with Twisted Roots Gardens listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $240.
Michigan charges a 6% sales tax in addition to the venue rental
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
